Meeting at LSU and subsequently building a life together, Jay and Pam have been married for nearly three decades. While Jay pursued a career in the paper industry, Pam dedicated herself to raising their two sons, Joey and Josh. Throughout Jay's career, which involved relocations across the southeastern United States, the Acosta's remained rooted in their shared passion for real estate.

Returning to their Baton Rouge origins, Jay established a career in real estate, leveraging his industry expertise and personal experiences to help others navigate the market. Recognizing Pam's equal enthusiasm for the field, they combined their strengths to establish The Acosta Group.
