Jacé Babin

Born and raised in South Louisiana, Jacé has been a resident of Ascension Parish her entire life. Deeply rooted in family values and our state’s rich traditions, she is dedicated to helping others grow or stay planted right here in the place she loves calling home.

She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor’s degree in business and has spent the majority of her career in Executive Administration with an emphasis in the areas of Document Control & Contracts. Jacé has also owned and operated her own photography business for the past 20 years specializing in newborn, family and senior portraiture. During that time, she cultivated lifelong relationships capturing some of life’s most important moments for her clients. Being trusted by people during such personal events and major milestones has been an honor to Jacé, so helping a client find a home is no exception.

In 2021 she felt a calling to continue to serve the community in a new capacity and became a Louisiana licensed agent/REALTOR®. Being able to visualize her client’s wants/needs, she utilizes her proven eye for detail, precise timing, enthusiasm, persistence, patience and dedication to ensure a smooth buying/selling process. She is excited to join the Magnolia Roots Family and looks forward to working, learning and growing alongside of some of the best agents that the industry has to offer!
