Martha K Wells

Martha Kincaid Wells specializes in South Baton Rouge and Prairieville Louisiana homeowners and future homeowners. She works her real estate business based on friends, family and referrals. She contributes her 20 years of success in the real estate to the personal time she has spent building and remodeling more than two dozen homes. 

In addition, her sales, negotiating and human relationship skills were developed while working in Corporate America. She has worked Sales, Marketing, State and Federal Lobbying for a local electric company and international telecommunication company. 

Throughout her business career, Martha has worked the residential real estate market along with painting abstract art and traveling with her husband Luther "Buddy" Wells. Martha has published three cookbooks with recipes from Louisiana and Texas. She enjoys cooking for Buddy and her five grandchildren. She has been an active member in many Civic and Business Organizations in and around Baton Rouge.
