Sydnee Gautreau

Sydnee Gautreau grew up in Ascension Parish and her passion for real estate, specifically new construction, started at a very young age where she would draw house plans on her chalkboard growing up. After graduating from LSU in 2012 and searching for a job that would turn into a career, she decided to take the leap of faith in 2017 and accepted the position on a top-producing real estate team as the Director of Operations. Her ability to manage multiple transactions and listings for a team allowed her to become very efficient at the “behind the scenes” tasks and gave her tremendous insight of the industry.

In 2018, Sydnee became a licensed realtor in Louisiana and over the last 6 years has enjoyed helping her clients buy and sell real estate. Sydnee loves being able to reconnect with old friends and meet new people through real estate. She prides herself on being a trustworthy and reliable resource for her community.

Aside from real estate, Sydnee is a wife, and mother of two beautiful children and works at Wooden Creations where she continues to learn the ends and outs of custom residential construction. When time allows it, she enjoys DIY projects, fishing, and spending time with her family & friends.
